For contractors and property professionals

Contractor Partnerships

General contractors, renovation firms, property-management maintenance teams, and other building professionals: if your NYC projects run into lead-paint work you’d rather have handled separately, let’s talk about referrals or project support.

What we’d like to discuss

Lead-paint scopes on your projects

Renovations in older buildings that include lead-paint abatement work you’re not set up to perform.

Client referrals

Clients — owners or managers — who ask you about lead-paint abatement or HPD lead-paint violations.

Scheduling and coordination

How lead-related work could fit into your project schedule and site logistics.

Any referral arrangement, compensation, or project terms are discussed individually and apply only once they’re agreed in writing. Nothing on this page is an offer of specific terms.

A note on independence

NYC rules require certain testing — such as XRF paint inspections and dust clearance sampling — to be performed by certified professionals who are independent of the firm doing the lead-paint work. Partnerships are structured with that in mind. See HPD’s Safe Work Practices page.

    Preferred contact method (required)

Submitting this form does not schedule work or resolve any HPD violation. A team member will review your inquiry and follow up to confirm whether it is a fit.

    Prefer to talk it through?
